Terms

These terms apply when you buy from dotcreativealley (“we”, “us”) at dotcreativealley.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions: email orders@dotcreativealley.com.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in — for example, the right to a remedy when goods are faulty or not as described. Where these terms and those laws differ, the law wins.

Every item is made to order after you buy it. Photos and mock-ups show the design as closely as we can, but colours vary a little between screens, and embroidery placement can differ slightly from piece to piece. Our caps are one size with an adjustable closure; each product page gives its head-size range — see the size & fit guide.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order, shown before you pay, and the total at checkout is what you pay us. Any import duties or taxes your country charges on delivery are not included and are yours to pay. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate.

Payment is taken by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Promotion codes carry their own conditions, and we can withdraw a code at any time.

Your order is accepted when we email you its confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product was listed at the wrong price, the design can't be made, the address can't be delivered to, or we suspect fraud. We'll tell you if that happens.

Please check your shipping address carefully: once your order is in production we can't change it.

Production takes 2–5 business days, then your order ships with tracking. We deliver to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Delivery times by country are estimates, not guarantees.

If tracking shows your parcel was lost in transit, email us and we'll send a new one free or refund you.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or refund you.

If you live in the UK and Ireland, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day it's delivered:

• Email us within 14 days to say you're cancelling. We'll reply with the return address.
• Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is yours to pay.
• We refund what you paid, including the original shipping, within 14 days of getting the items back (or your proof of posting), to your original payment method.
• Try items on as you would in a shop. If an item has been worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect its lower value.

Outside the UK and Ireland, because each piece is made just for you, we don't accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Your rights for faulty goods (section 7 and the law where you live) still apply. Details are on our Returns page.

The website's text, photos and our original designs belong to dotcreativealley. You may not copy them for commercial use without our permission. Other names and trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable when you ordered. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited by law, or your consumer rights (section 2).

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
