We're a small team working behind the scenes at dotcreativealley, turning ideas into embroidery. A pun that made us laugh, a favourite anime, a dream car, a cat in a tuxedo: if it makes someone smile, we sketch it, refine it and shape it into a design made for thread. We design with meaning in mind, so every piece can become a gift they'll remember. Then each piece is embroidered just for you, the moment you order.

Every piece is made to order: production takes 2–5 business days, then it ships with tracking. Door to door, in business days: United States 5–15, Canada 12–17, United Kingdom 7–11, Australia 20–24, New Zealand 17–23, Ireland 8–12. Shipping & delivery
Will the cap fit me?
Our caps are one size with an adjustable closure, but the styles fit differently: dad caps 53–61 cm, vintage corduroy caps 51–56 cm, trucker caps 55–60 cm and denim hats 55–64 cm head circumference. Every product page shows its own range — measure your head before you order. Size & fit guide
Can I return or exchange my order?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or refund you. In the UK and Ireland, you can also cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Everywhere else, each piece is made just for you, so we can't take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size — please check the fit first. Returns
