Something wrong?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right — a free replacement or a refund. Just email us within 30 days with a photo of the issue.
Lost in transit?
If tracking shows your parcel was lost on its way to you, email us and we'll send a new one free or refund you.
Buying from the UK and Ireland? You can cancel within 14 days
You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Email us to say you're cancelling and we'll reply with the return address. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us — return postage is yours to pay — and we'll refund what you paid, including the original shipping, within 14 days of getting them back. If an item has been worn or washed, we may reduce the refund to reflect that. Full details are in our Terms.
Everywhere else: made-to-order items
Since every piece is made specifically for you, outside the UK and Ireland we can't accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the fit before you buy — see the size & fit guide. Your rights for faulty goods under the law where you live always apply.
